DESCRIPTION: Paintings, Unframed, Oil and oil pastel on canvas
ARTIST STATEMENT: My practice is very process and exploration based, where I am less concerned with a polished product and more with color relationships and the whimsical. Much of my work combines my love of painting with my love of doodling, where I paint and draw and layer all together. I am obsessed with light and color and how using paint or pencil I can manipulate the elusive into solid shapes and dissolve the substantial into the ephemeral.
